- From Airport access road take Rt. 28 South towards Chantilly/Centerville
- Rt. 28 to I-66 West
- I-66 West to exit #44, Rt. 234 South (Bypass)
- Rt. 234 South (Bypass to Rt. 28 North
- Continue North on Rt. 28 for approximately 1 mile from first traffic light after coming off of the Rt. 234 Bypass. Turn right onto Technology Drive. NRB Building is directly on your right. Turn right into parking lot.
From BWI Airport follow the signs to Washington, DC.
- From the airport take I-195 to I-95 South
- I-95 South to I-495 West towards Silver Spring/Bethesda/Rockville
- I-495 to I-66 West
- I-66 West to exit #44, Rt. 234 South (Bypass)
- Rt. 234 South (Bypass) to Rt. 28 North
