Wes Pastor is founder and senior minister of Christ Memorial Church (CMC) as well as the president and visionary of The NETS Institute for Church Planting (NETS).  Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, Wes earned an MBA from Miami University (OH), then taught accounting at the collegiate level.  In 1985 he began his pastoral studies part-time at Dallas Theological Seminary, ultimately graduating from Westminster Theological Seminary in 1990.  The following year, Wes, his wife Sue, and their young family moved to Vermont with a vision for spreading the gospel by planting gospel-preaching churches.  Christ Memorial Church was born of that vision, and Wes has been senior pastor of CMC since its inception in 1992.  Wes and Sue have 5 children, but just one still at home. They continue to keep busy ministering to the body at CMC and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Greg is a graudate of Nyack College with a degree in Christian Education.  From there he directed an inner city youth mission in New Castle, Pennsylvania, worked in banking for a number of years in Vermont, and in 1990 founded Burton Cleaning Inc.  In addition to this business, Greg came on staff with Christ Memorial Church in 2001.  He has been married to his wife, Beth, for 19 years, and they live in Essex Junction with their 4 children, ages 11-18.

Derek and his wife, Elizabeth, came to Vermont in 2007 to be part of the Residency program with The NETS Institute for Church Planting, hoping to plant a church in the Providence, Rhode Island area upon completion.  Derek is currently finishing his Ph.D. from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a focus in Old Testament Studies.  Derek is an outdoorsman and an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and the University of Texas Longhorns!  With a background in Youth Ministry, Derek and Elizabeth are excited to minister to our Jr. High and High School students these next few years.  They live in Williston with their 2 young sons, Elijah & Caleb.

Upon graduating from Western Kentucky University, Craig spend the next 8 years in full time church and para-church youth ministry, culminating in earning the M.A.R. (1985) and M.Div. (1986) degrees from Westminster Theological Seminary (where he is presently a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry).  Ordained to the Gospel ministry in 1988, Craig served as Senior Pastor to congregations in Pennsylvania and Virginia.  He moved to Vermont in 2003 for training through The NETS Institute for Church Planting, and subsequently assisted in planting Redeeming Grace Church in Milton, Vermont.  He currently preaches at Christ Memorial Church and serves in the preaching mentorship at NETS.  Craig and his wife,  Betsy, have been married for 20 years, and live in Essex Junction, Vermont with their five children, ages 9-19.
