we again address accountability, this time emphasizing the personal side. Few things impact leadership more than our personal integrity. As our authors point out, its not a static thing. We must be constantly protecting and growing our character. But how is this done? >> Galvin, suggesting there are five levels of personal accountability, encourages us to reach for the top level by addressing five necessary conditions for real accountability to happen. >> And that's just the beginning.
