"Loyalty begins with trust. My policy has always been to select trustworthy people-then trust them!
"Several years ago I loaned money to a young man to pay for college. We agreed that he would pay back $250 a month until the obligation was fulfilled. I wasn't going to try to keep up with how much he paid or how much he owed. It was up to him to tell me when it was paid off. A person will live up to that kind of trust and set a high standard of honesty.
