It is our purpose and call to provide Christians with the most effective tools and the most effective means to better understand and apply God’s Word into their lives. Into ThyWord Ministries was founded in 1978 with the start of our seminars on “How to do Inductive Bible Study” and the publication of a seminar booklet “How to Study the Bible.” This booklet was published into a book in 2000, called Into Thy Word. (See the “How to Study the Bible” and “Resources” channels for more information.)
We also started to train pastors and missionaries overseas in 1988. We incorporated as a fulltime ministry in 2001, (501-3c) with the launch of our interactive website ministry, at the personal request of Billy Graham. We now do over 70% of our mission and outreach through the Web.
We work with churches, missionaries and pastors all over the world ministering in many places few other organizations go to! We provide the needed curriculum and resources that many Christians need who do not have the time or resources to do themselves. That way they can spend their time building relationships while we write and research what is needed.
