Ezekiel 35, 36 concerns the Golan Heights, the West Bank, and Palestinian statehood.
Obadiah may set the stage for the Ezekiel 38 invasion. Damascus was not mentioned in the Ezekiel coalition, and perhaps was already destroyed as predited in Isaiah 17:1.

Jeremiah 12
